I’ve always appreciated cop thrillers more as movies than shows. The Fugitive, Mystic River, Zodiac, and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo are some of my favorite movies. This week’s top pick, however, with its outstanding character development, is proof that series bring a special something to the genre that movies don’t.
